Mirantis is a privately held Silicon Valley company dedicated to providing mature offshore development solutions for technology suppliers, software product development organizations, and IC design houses .

Founded in 1993 as ProSys LLC, we began by providing management consulting and IT development services to the financial and health care industries. In 1996 we formed a strategic alliance with RSI – then a leader in financial software development; and in 1997 we opened our first offshore development site in Moscow.

Our successful development venture in close cooperation with RSI allowed us to test and expand our innovative business model. By moving RSI development to Moscow we were able to significantly reduce costs, take advantage of the Russian knowledge base, and effectively avoid many problems associated with both the offshore ownership, and working with outsourcing vendors. This success led to the merger of ProSys and RSI in 1998.

In 2000 we took over the offshore management for London Bridge - a UK leading Technology firm that had acquired Silicon Valley based RSI, and began to provide offshore managed and consulting services to multinational companies.

We soon recognized that our accumulated experience and strong contacts in the Russian Federation could be successfully adapted to satisfy the demand for offshore Development Centers.

In 2001 we changed our name to Mirantis and developed one of the most comprehensive and integrated TDC-BOT models on the market to date.

Since then Mirantis has become the premier provider of Russian offshore development centers for the Hi-Tech companies worldwide.
