The company launched its operations under ProSys name. ProSys specialized in providing strategic consulting and IT services for financial services and healthcare markets. |

ProSys entered into a strategic alliance with RSI, a leading collections software provider. |

1998
|
RSI merged with ProSys thus creating Mirantis Inc. The first offshore Product Development center opened in Moscow, Russia. |

1999
|
Mirantis developed a pioneering business model focused on creating and operating strategic R&D Centers for its clients - managed R&D operations. MIPS Technologies became the first client to utilize the model. |

2001
|
St. Petersburg office opened. Mirantis engaged by Genesys Microchip (later acquired by ST Microelectronics) to build and operate a strategic Product Development Center. It became one of top 4 global R&D centers for Genesys Microchip. |

Mirantis added Cadence Design Systems and Veritas to its client roster. |

2002

In cooperation with MIET, a leading Russian microelectronics university, Mirantis established a custom engineering curriculum incorporating leading edge technologies. |

2003
|
Mirantis-operated center became a third major R&D center for Cadence worldwide along with California and India. |
|
Mirantis-built R&D Center is bought out by Cadence. The successfully transferred center became Cadence captive Russian operation. Mirantis-Cadence partnership became first example of successfully implemented Build Operate Transfer model in Russia. |

Mentor Graphics contracted Mirantis to build and operate strategic Product Development Center in Russia. |

2006
|
Mirantis acquired Selectosa Systems and established operations in Saratov. |
|
Mirantis began cooperation with GE Money Bank. Mirantis-built and operated strategic Center of Excellence supports GE Money Bank IT operations. |

Mirantis launched the first Eastern European R&D center for Cisco Systems in Saratov, Russia. |

2007
|
Isilon announced that the Product Development Center built and operated by Mirantis was a key element in Isilon’s successful IPO on NASDAQ. |
|
Mirantis started strategic Product Development Center for Grid Dynamics. |
|
Mirantis began collaboration with MDM, one of the largest Russian banks. In record time, Mirantis built Center of Competency for MDM’s QA operations. |

2008
|
Mirantis added Agilent Technologies as a client. |
|
Mirantis expanded its presence to Ukraine and opened new offices in Kharkov. |
