Mirantis, Inc. announced its entry into the Association of Regional Banks of Russia

MOSCOW, Russia - Mirantis, Inc. (www.mirantis.com) announced its entry into the Association of Regional Banks of Russia (Association “Russia”), which was opened in 1990 and now has a membership of over 450. This partnership will help Mirantis achieve a better understanding of IT needs within the Russian financial market.

Association “Russia” is a center for analytical expert work in the banking sector, which specializes in financial market development. As its key responsibilities the Association considers bank-government relations development, bank advocacy orientation, federal solutions for regional matters, and active participation in credit organizations legislative database creation. Significant workload in regions is focused on assets attraction, creation of partnership perspectives for big and regional banks, protection and development of regional banking markets.

Over the last three years Mirantis has been involved in the Russian financial market, building and managing Centers of Excellence for leading Russian and western banks. Credit and financial institutions realize the effectiveness of the Mirantis business model as compared to the traditional outsourcing model. Such organizations take into consideration customer loyalty, time-to-market efficiency and complex IT infrastructure support all critically important to their business success. Due to the current situation in the market the Mirantis business model of regional Centers development helps to reduce costs for IT services and accumulate expertise within the customer company.
