Openstack CEE Day, May 29th
With a couple hundred OpenStack developers gathering in Budapest this past week to hear from luminaries including OpenStack Foundation CEO Jonathan Bryce, we sent our very own Tomasz Napierala to present on Fuel. Check out the video (below), and then get going to the Polish OpenStack User Group.
Berlin Buzzwords 2013, June 3rd and 4th
While you’re on the road from Budapest to Szczecin, stop by and check out how the world of big data and open source converge on the aptly named Berlin Buzzwords conference. Originating as a Hadoop/Lucene festival 3-4 years ago, the conference has expanded to draw interest across the spectrum from some of the most innovative open source projects of the past decade alongside OpenStack. With the Savanna Hadoop-on-OpenStack project underway, it’s a good time to look ahead to other technologies taking advantage of the leading open source IaaS to scale big fast.
