Mirantis Recognised in L’Informaticien’s 2026 Awards in the “Dev/DevOps – Infra as Code” Category

An award decided by the French IT community, recognising Mirantis’ approach to automation and Infrastructure as Code with k0rdent.

Paris, September 17, 2026 — Mirantis, a specialist in Kubernetes-native infrastructure for AI, today announced that it has been recognised in L’Informaticien’s 2026 Awards in the “Dev/DevOps – Infra as Code” category.

Organised for the sixth consecutive year by French IT magazine L’Informaticien, the awards recognise IT products and services across seven major categories: Applications, Security, Hardware, Networks, Dev/DevOps, Cloud and Data.

What sets the awards apart is their selection process, which is based on extensive consultation with the professional IT community. Over a five-week period, more than 60,000 professionals, including CIOs, production managers, application managers, developers and analysts, were invited to vote on the tools and services they use in their day-to-day work.

L’Informaticien’s editorial team then independently consolidated the results using a twofold approach: quantitative, based on the solutions most frequently cited, and qualitative, based on users’ assessments and their day-to-day experience. Mirantis’ recognition therefore directly reflects the recognition of the IT ecosystem and professionals dealing with infrastructure and DevOps challenges.

k0rdent at the heart of Mirantis’ Infrastructure as Code approach

This recognition highlights the approach behind k0rdent, Mirantis’ open source project designed to simplify the automation of Kubernetes environments at scale. As Kubernetes adoption continues to grow, k0rdent enables teams to centrally manage new and existing clusters across different clouds and infrastructures without having to redeploy them. k0rdent AI, Mirantis’ AI infrastructure platform, builds on this open source foundation for production deployments.

“Being recognised in L’Informaticien’s Awards is particularly meaningful because this recognition comes directly from the IT community and the professionals who use these technologies every day,” says Belhassen Kasmi, Strategic Enterprise Account Executive at Mirantis. “With k0rdent, our ambition is to simplify infrastructure automation and ensure consistency across any environment, while providing organisations with a composable architecture that gives them the flexibility to choose the technologies best suited to their specific needs.”
