Congrats to Qifan Zhang, Outstanding Employee Award Winner

Each quarter, our HR team asks managers across the company to nominate candidates for our Outstanding Employee awards. Outstanding Employees not only embody Mirantis’ core values but also produce outstanding results for our business.
The winner for Q4 from our Customer Success team is Qifan Zhang, based in Japan. He went above and beyond his responsibilities as a Customer Success team lead to drive big wins for the company.
Qifan personally listed jobs, hired, and trained a team of 5 Customer Success Managers in the APAC region. That team then took over 80% of the services that were being delivered by a third-party team. Qifan and his team are on track to end the engagement by the end of March, well ahead of schedule, which will significantly reduce costs and make Mirantis self-sufficient in the APAC region. Qifan did all of this while still undertaking his individual CSM duties and diving in to troubleshoot many technical issues.
