Seattle Summit brings together developers, architects, delivery managers and technology leaders
SUNNYVALE, CA – June 11, 2018 — Mirantis announced today that it will be a Platinum sponsor for the Spinnaker Summit this October in Seattle. Mirantis previously announced in April the release of a beta program for the Mirantis Application Platform, based on the Spinnaker open source project initiated by Netflix.
The Spinnaker Summit, October 8-9 in Seattle, will bring together developers, architects, delivery managers and technology leaders tasked with creating efficient software delivery and management. The program includes case studies, keynotes, hands-on breakouts and networking with like-minded colleagues from the fast growing open source community. During the event, Mirantis will join community leaders and present Mirantis Application Platform on the main stage, and in a special one-hour workshop. They will also have live demos running throughout the event.
“While it’s easy to start using public cloud and get immediate benefits as a small team, getting ROI from cloud for a large enterprise requires streamlining the various processes, tools and security requirements across a diverse set of engineering silos,” said Boris Renski, Mirantis CMO. “Spinnaker helps address these unique challenges. We are proud to be a Platinum sponsor for this important technology and event.”
Mirantis Application Platform is based on Spinnaker, an open source multi-cloud continuous delivery platform originally designed by Netflix and battle-tested by hundreds of teams over millions of cloud deployments. Recently, Google also announced its investment in Spinnaker, focusing on development of native Kubernetes support and integration with GCP.
To learn why enterprises are rapidly adopting the open source Spinnaker platform for software delivery and management, register for the Spinnaker Summit now.
